Gastro Health - Blue Ash

Dr Dryer is phenomenal...and I don't say this lightly. I've been seeing him over ten years and although my yearly appointments should be routine, he ALWAYS takes time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I always feel heard and valued. He never makes feel like a burden if I ask questions. I feel like we make decisions about my care together. I feel totally confident in the care I receive from him.

The nurses and doctor I interacted with were very friendly, and my experience with them was positive. Unfortunately, the billing department is completely separate from the kind office staff and dealing with the billing department has been an absolute nightmare. I was charged for a service I never received, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the billing department has not provided any additional information beyond stating that the charge was billed correctly. My complaint has gone through several reviews and has been escalated multiple times, yet nearly a year later there is still no resolution and there is no timeline for the excalation. Based on my experience with the billing process, I would not recommend this provider.

Audrey's attentiveness was amazing! You just don't see that very much anymore. Dr. Isfort is also great!! I love how involved he is with his patient's care. He's been my doctor for years, and my husband needed a gastro doctor so I told him to go to Dr Isfort. Then within the past couple years our son needed a gastro doc too, and we both told him to go see Dr. Isfort. We all love that when we need a call about test results or anything else that Dr. Isfort calls us himself, instead of having a nurse or an assistant do it. Most doctors don't do that, or even show that they care. That's what sets him apart from all the other doctors out there.

Some of the ladies here are amazing and put you at ease, as we know no one wants to do this so the lightheartedness is refreshing. I only really wish to help the nurses that prep the iv that need to tap out. 2 unsuccessful tries...many tears...bruises that hurt so bad...then 2 more tries 4th was the charm thank god. I'm all bruised, sore and let's ask our colleagues for help after 2 please. I'm always so patient and understanding but 4 and the 4th sticking all while balling. Not very pleasant. Glad I trust my gi doc Ofori.

The anesthesiologist (CNA), Katie, was really good at explaining what was happening clearly. The nurse who assisted (Sheila, I believe) was very good at her job--reassuring and knowledgeable. Dr. Meier stopped by before and after--even got me in before my appointment.
