My Mom (C. Lee) has been a patient of Dr. Lewis Felder for many many years... and she will continue being one, granting insurance allowance. He is very patient, attentive, knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She could not ask for a better gastrointerologist. He is a rarity among the medical doctors that seem to be driven more by money than passion for their craft nowadays. Dr. Felder, you are the best. Please don't change...or move!

worst organization on the planet! i’ve been trying to get my prescription changed for a month and no one calls you back ! terrible…they don’t care

The receptionist was very hang up the phone while talking to her. Call back the next one was worse i will not recommend one to this place

The office NEVER answers the phone. Good luck getting an appointment, because Dr. Felder’s coordinator is NEVER working nor is she EVER in the office. The incompetence is absurd. My primary doctor had to fax my report to this office 5 times and they NEVER return your phone calls. So I would highly suggest you get your procedures done elsewhere.

Excellent location, easy parking, pleasant and efficient staff. Sabine is a standout member of the office staff, friendly, clear, concise and very knowledgeable regarding insurance issues, testing, referrals procedures, etc. You are not left wondering what is going on after speaking with her.
