I’ve been dealing with ongoing dental problems and gum sensitivity and my previous few dentists weren’t able to treat me without pain and side effects when eating. Since I started seeing Dr Gassler, all those problems were solved. He had great bedside manner explaining how my diet and brushing habits led to my sensitivity and laid out an easy to follow plan to improve it. My deep cleanings were usually painful but his precision in the cleaning made it a positive experience I actually look forward to. Everyone in the office was super pleasant and would recommend to anyone looking to find a reliable permanent dentist for their family!

I had a wonderful prophy appointment from start to finish. The hygienist was kind, patient, and very thorough while still being gentle. They took the time to explain what they were doing and gave helpful tips without making me feel rushed. The office was clean, welcoming, and professional. I left feeling confident and cared for!

I have been going to this office for several decades now. I always receive incredible service. Jailynn always makes me feel so welcome and Victoria is great! Last time I was there, Evora did an amazing cleaning job on my teeth. Dr Gassler is a very caring dentist. I recommend this office to everyone I know. And for me, it’s very convenient having it downtown.

I came in last week for a routine cleaning and had an extremely disappointing experience. I want to note first that the dental assistant, Victoria, was very kind and professional — I have nothing negative to say about her. Unfortunately, my experience with the dental hygienist was the opposite. Throughout the cleaning, she became visibly frustrated with me for not being able to open my mouth wider or fully relax my tongue. I explained multiple times that I was opening as wide as I could. She would sigh and say aggressively “You need to work together with me here” which I found ridiculous considering I’m a paying patient and this is her job, not mine. At one point, I told her that it is her job to guide me on when to open and close my mouth, as I was doing my best to follow her instruction

Dr. Gassler and all the staff he has are very knowledgeable, professional and patient. He doesn’t push services you don’t need. Both he and his staff are friendly and welcoming. Great first and second experience, highly recommend. If I took the time to write, this tells you a lot.
