Garner Orthodontics

We’ve had a positive experience with Garner Orthodontics thus far. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the office has a great vibe. Dr. Garner is attentive and caring and makes the needs of his clients a priority. I will likely be seeing more of him in the years to come with my other kiddos and I would highly recommend him and his team to others!

Everyone in the office is great, kind, patient, happy and really helpful with any concerns or questions that you might have. My son finish his treatment and we are more than happy with the results. Dr. Garner at Garner Orthodontics (Chandler office) is exceptional. I am autistic and have severe dental anxiety, and Dr. Garner has been more patient, calm, and respectful than any other medical provider I’ve ever worked with. He explains everything clearly, never rushes me, and always makes sure I feel safe and in control during appointments. I’ve never felt judged, dismissed, or pressured here. The consistency, predictability, and genuine care have made orthodontic treatment something I can actually tolerate and even feel comfortable with. If you are autistic, anxious, or have had difficult dental experiences in the past, I cannot recommend Dr. Garner and the Chandler office highly enough.

This has been my first treatment get bracers after my 46 y I am very happy of start with them because in my experience from the first day they have been clearly transparent in all the procedures .

Great place and great staff! My daughter broke a bracket the day before her Taekwondo tournament and had a wire exposed. The staff accepted her same day and fixed the issue. Thank you Garner Orthodontics!
