I transferred into Garn & Mason two years into having braces as a surgical patient, and everything went smoothly. I had surgery for an underbite and crossbite and was under Dr. Garn’s care for about 9 months once I was healed. The staff was always nice and accommodating. There were a few speed bumps along the way, but Dr. Garn made things right. Overall I am very happy with my smile. It has increased my quality of life and gave me a more balanced appearance. Thank you to all the orthodontists and assistants who worked on my teeth, but especially to Dr. Garn.

Had the best experience with my sons journey in braces at Garn & Mason. Anytime an issue arose the orthodontist was available to answer and guide me on any concerns I had. My sons teeth look amazing and were so grateful. All the staff was friendly and really great with their clients. Quick shout out to Justin who was truly our favorite anytime we came in. He was always knowledgeable and so kind.

I got Invisalign here. I asked them multiple times not to shave my teeth. They said it was smaller than a piece of paper that they were taking off. I went to whiten my teeth and I have unbelievably painful sensitivity after this. I voice my concerns to them and they tell me to start using sensodyne toothpaste. I use it, no change. I’ll never be able to whiten my teeth again. After I voice this to them again, they recommend we continue with more Invisalign appointments. I say that this would include more shaving correct? To which they reply yes. It’s like they didn’t care what I was saying to them at all. So I cancelled the rest of my treatment. So now after two years with them, my teeth aren’t all the way straight, and I have lasting damage that’s irreversible for the rest of my life.

Both of my kiddos have used Garn and Mason for Invisalign and braces. Highly recommend their expertise! It is always a pleasant experience and my daughter is thrilled with the result!

My son Jackson just got his braces off today and he looks amazing! He and I are SO thrilled!! Both Dr. Garn and Dr. Mason have been so wonderful throughout this process and we are so grateful!
