Gargano Family Dentistry

Very friendly and welcoming staff and nice office atmosphere. Heather was the hygienist who took the X-rays and did a very thorough cleaning and polishing. Dr. Ted finished the exam and everything was great. Great first time visit. I highly recommend this practice.

Taylor is a very knowledgeable hygienist,unfortunately her chair/station is the furthest from the entrance necessitating a pretty long walk (with steps) through the office to reach. After expressing my displeasure with this problem because of my limited mobility (and still no change) I have switched back to my former dentist that has a smaller more manageable office. I also was not impressed with any of the dentists in this practice enough to stay.

The Hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained a few things I didn't know. In using the water pic she didn't hurt me like others in the past did. I look forward to having her next time.

The crown they did only lasted a year and then o was charged again. This is after I complained of having pain in that area for a year after they did work. I was basically told too bad. Then they fraudulently charged me more than my insurance cost would be for the work. They made me pay ahead of time before the work was done and before they submitted it to my insurance!
