This place is phenomenal! From check in, to Exam by Dr. Jodi, to check out and scheduling - everyone was friendly, efficient, & professional. Dr. Jodi made me feel right at home, and my nervousness and anxiety disappeared immediately! I highly recommend Gardner Audiology! So worth the trip!
I met with Dr. Jodi and was very nice very informative. She gave me advice about used hearing aids I had. She also thought may be N underlying issue and suggested I consult with an ENT doctor. I was very pleased with the treatment and advice. I definitely would refer anyone to Gardner Audiology.
Dr. Joanne Conter Was very professional and understanding to my questions. She explained the process thoroughly. Made me feel comfortable. Plus showed she care about my feelings.
