Garden Terrace at Fort Worth

The facility was neat and clean, the staff was pleasant and courteous. But my friend who is being rehabbed was complaining about no one answering her calls for help especially at night. Stating that she can hear them talking, so she knows that they hear her, but they are slow about responding to the button taking 30 minutes to an hour to respond!! That deeply saddened us. She's going through so much health wise and really needs support, we pray that she gets better help and can go home soon 🙏🙏🙏

Just placed her in the skilled nursing rehab yesterday. The room has a smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling, the bathroom looks like hasn't been cleaned in a week, the TV is i beloved a 20 in monitor they stole from someone's desk, I am amending this review. Working with the staff they explained that this room was the only room available the Saturday that were transferred here. They are working to update some of the rooms. They are moving us to a more updated room. The staff has been great to work with. My wife has alzheimer and they have been great about me staying with her. The reason for the 4 stars is based on the age of the faculty. I would give the staff 5 stars.

My husband received exceptional care during his stay at Garden Terrace in Fort Worth Texas. The staff here is truly outstanding. Every nurse we encounter was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to his well-being. It gave me such peace of mind to know he was in such caring hands. The facility itself is immaculate, beautifully maintain, and had a warm, elegant atmosphere that makes it feel like a rehab center, and more like a place of comfort and healing every detail from the cleaners to the professional yet friendly staff reflects the high standard of care they provide we are so grateful for the kindness, respect and professionalism shown to my husband throughout his recovery. Garden Terrace is truly a place where patients are treated like family and I would highly recommend

Very kind receptionist. We had a pleasant visit with the friends we came to visit. The OT was kind enough to allow us a few more minutes to visit then she returned after we left for her session. This was greatly appreciated.

On behalf of the Irish family, I wish to thank everyone for treating my mother with such kindness during her recent stay. The rehab was excellent, despite a reluctant patient. A special shout-out to Esther, Dee, Linda, Marissa, Victor, and Melanie. They all treated us as family and were an excellent team of caregivers. I never felt anxious when unable to visit as I knew she was in excellent hands. The staff were vigilant, communicative, and worked well as a team. Congrats to Garden Terrace for creating a caring and calm atmosphere and their excellent employee selection. If necessary, we would not hesitate to return. Please give us a call if my mother's missing blankets show up. Thank you GT for helping with my mother's recovery. I/we will honestly miss everyone.
