Garden State Smiles of Brick

As someone who hates the dentist and has is a strong word, they do great here. Every time I come in everyone is so nice and in a good mood which puts me at ease. When they actually go to do the work it is smooth, easy, and always checking in making sure I’m comfortable. I moved out of town and now I’m 30 minutes away from the office and I refuse to change due to how much of a positive experience I have. From when Donna did my initial cleaning, Heather being helpful, Molly making sure I’m good and doctor Frank Chueiri doing quick and clean work. I could not recommend a dentist more and I want to say again I am someone who despises coming but I look forward to garden state smiles in brick!

Always pleasant. Never issues, going there many years. Dr. Ferraris and staff are wonderful. Lindsey, hygienist, is a sweetheart. This last visit I went on the weekend (normally go during the week) had a different hygienist. She was professional, very nice. Front desk pleasant. Highly recommend!

Great staff. Friendly. Accommodating. Helpful. I was a new patient and had a tooth ‘emergency’ which they were able to get me in and made everything an easy process. Thank you. Highly recommend. Definitely returning.

I needed a broken and infected tooth removed. I went to Rotem Dental on Saturday 1/31 in incredible pain. They told me to come back almost two weeks later on 2/12 when their oral surgeon would be there. Two weeks when I'm in pain? Seriously? I wrote a review which also mentioned being taken in 45 minutes after my appointment and having to wait, wait, wait inside before seeing a dentist. I wrote of other issues too. Rotem's reply was condescending and at one point stopped short of calling me ignorant, although his message was clear. BTW I did NOT need an oral surgeon, a 'specialist'. I had my tooth extracted elsewhere by a good old regular dentist. My first and last visit with Rotem. Monday I got caught up in some family issues, so Tuesday I got on the phone. After my first positive experience with this office i made an appt for an extraction. Dr Zona was terrific as well as the hygienist he worked with. The procedure couldn’t have went better however my problem is upon scheduling my follow i was asked for 736 dollars though they had my insurance. it’ was explained to me that the bone graft was not covered so i was asked to provide payment on the spot in essence blindsided . i did not appreciate the late notice of cost i prefer things to be handled in a proactive manner not on my way out . very unprofessional
