Lucy is my dr. I’ve been with her for a long time. My family loves her. She’s the best. . She is a dr that really cares for her patients. She’s very understanding and patient. I recommend her if you need a primary dr .

For many years I’m a patient of Lucy Privilis. I’m lucky to have her as my doctor and advisor. She is very knowledgeable professional and pleasant person to work with. And the most important about her, she cares about people!

What an overall terrible experience. I had such high hopes, considering my mother said such great things about this office. I came in here with a positive outlook, and immediately I was greeted by an old woman with a short gray ashy bob who stared at me for a second as if I wasn’t supposed to be standing in front of her and then finally greeted me. after showing the same energy back, things were immediately out of whack. I don’t know her name, but she wears glasses and she’s the receptionist in the front and wears burgundy scrubs. And then I met with a doctor. Who also was extremely passive aggressive. She told me how my blood pressure was high and I told her yes it usually is especially coming to doctors appointments. My nerves are A little crazy and she replied with “awwwww I don’t wan

I have to say since my doctor did retire I’m now seeing Lucy. She is very accommodating. She is very helpful and she cares. I also would like to give a kudos out to the staff.
