Garden Pharmacy

Hi I am an American and this is our go-to pharmacy when it comes to medications that we truly need. My family and I have been going to this pharmacy for a very long time even before the pandemic because their supply is practically unlimited and they can always recommend the best course of action to take when it comes to your over the counter medications. I will tell you this much from personal experience that reviews that are negative about this pharmacy are slanderous. As an American with Russian roots I can tell you that there is a big cultural difference when it comes to language and communication. I like the owner. I've lived in Fair Lawn all my life except for 8 years of it when I first got married and I find the owner/pharmacist very nice. If they're out of stock on something, which happens about once per year, they will order it and get it the next day and I take 12 medicines cuz I've had cancer 3 times in 35 years. Last time they were low on a med I'm on the owner said we will give you half the prescription and when we get the rest in Monday you could come for the rest and I thought that was very nice so I didn't have to go without important medicine. Nice local pharmacy, heavily focused on the Russian population of Fair Lawn, but it's a fool pharmacy with available delivery. Good service. Nice selection of products.

Absolutely one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional experiences ever! At a time of need when we all should be working together to survive this pandemic the employees in this pharmacy remain to be the epitomy of greedy, selfish, and simply uninterested in the wellbeing of others, perhaps of all those who are not Russian. Would not even recommend to an enemy! Would go any place else to avoid this pharmacy, no matter how far out of the way. It’s no wonder they have repeat customers as they poison everyone who walks through that door. Total unprofessional staff and place. I am using the pharmacy to fill my husband's and my mother's prescriptions. The pharmacy had some problems with getting paid by the insurance for two of my husband's prescriptions so they decided to HOLD my mother's medication until the problem is resolved. How is this possible? My mother is 87 years old and has nothing to do with the mess they created with my husband's prescriptions but they decided to 'punish' her until they get the payment for his medication. It's like you get a stop on you salary because your neighbor did not pay a bill, even worst when someone's health is involved. Stay away, find another pharmacy.
