Garden Pediatrics

I have been taking my children to this practice since they were born. They are now 13 and 15. We have always been treated kindly since day 1. We have seen different providers through the years and I’m so thankful for them all. Been seeing NP Erin and she is just wonderful! We have not run into any issues just great care from all the staff ❤️

I am a new patient with garden pediatrics. Last week they canceled my appointment due to the Dr being sick and today that I had the rescheduled appointment called to say I was not going to make it two hours before my appointment. They said there is a $100 canceling fee per child. Really upset with them. Will not be coming back. The lady in the phone was so rude as well

My experience with Garden Pediatrics has been deeply disappointing. From the beginning, the front and back office staff consistently lacked warmth and professionalism. There was little to no customer service — every interaction has felt unwelcoming. I had to cancel an appointment and made sure to call ahead to notify them and explain my situation. Despite this, they still attempted to charge me a fee $100.00. When I brought my daughter in for her next appointment, it felt like the front office and manager were waiting for me specifically to pressure me about payment. It was incredibly uncomfortable and felt more like harassment than patient care. Once we were roomed, the medical assistant (not even the provider) acknowledged me with a cold attitude, clearly upset about the unpaid fee.

Our experience at Garden Pediatrics is always a great one. We usually see Dr. Carter or Erin, (she is a fantastic NP) and their care and experience is always so reassuring. They are great at getting us in for same-day sick appointments which helps ease so much stress when you have a sick child, especially heading into a weekend. The staff are friendly and we are always well taken care of. I couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Both of my children have been patients of Dr. Carter since they were newborns. We have always had excellent level of care. I appreciate that Dr. Carter is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and passionate about children’s health. On occasion, we have been seen by other providers and always have great experiences with them.
