As a resident of this facility I've witnessed 11 deaths in my 15 months. Nothing here works correctly, heat,hot water and extremely poor nursing care and aide assistance. They are completely understaffed with -0- compassion and -0- tolerance of patients needing assistance.

I’m trying to find care for my Father so today I spoke with Vickie and she is wonderful and really professional!.

I called to put my grandmother in a home and spoke to Vickie is so sweet and very professional!

Read my horrible experience in this nasty, Disgusting, ect.. place not a nursing facility a total dump and needs to be shut down. My high school friend was placed there and as far as staffing well I seen NO nurse's at any station no nurse's aids which both are Suppose to be 24/7 care. His room had no trash can, running water in sink, bathroom well just nasty, had dirty clothes on from being transferred from Drake Hospital, had no shower ect.. I will be making check-up on him every so often ( Surprise) to see the Status. I made a comment on FB and emailed the owner or whoever, doesn't matter what the say I will be contacting state, this place needs to be shut down. I'm making a stand fir ALL RESIDENTS nor only my friend, no one deserves to luve/be treated the way they are being treate
