I am writing to give my highest possible praise to Marjorie, an RN at Garden Grove Hospital. She was my mother's nurse and was absolutely pivotal to her recovery. Marjorie's clinical skill is outstanding, but it was her profound compassion that truly made the difference. She treated my mother with such dignity, patience, and kindness during a very scary time. Marjorie listened, explained everything to our family, and provided comfort that went beyond medicine. She is an exceptional nurse who deserves recognition. If anyone embodies the spirit of the Daisy Award, it is Marjorie. Thank you for everything! Family Rivera

I truly appreciate the emergency treatment I received. The staff were very nice, kind, and respectful. Just a few minutes after I arrived at the hospital feeling nauseous, they put me on a bed and started treatment with great kindness. I give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for that. After I was moved to the hospitalization room, most of the nurses were kind; however, I noticed several mistakes and felt there was a lack of proper attention to their duties. Despite this, I would like to give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to RN Karman, who works the night shift, and another RN who works on Saturdays. Both were very generous, hardworking, and compassionate. I truly appreciate them for their dedication and kindness. Thank you, GG Hospital, for your hardworking doctors and excellent management.

I was able to schedule my ER visit online, see the current wait time, and get in to be treated quickly. I was relieved to get my results and medications and be back home to rest and recover! Thank you so much GGH ER staff! You are appreciated.

I give Garden Grove Hospital an Excellent Review! The ER nurses, doctor(s) and Third Floor/ Med Surg station’s nurses, CNA’s, social worker, case manager and other hospital support staff provided a compassionate and caring treatment to my mom. They were kind, patient and were always available to answer questions concerning the medical needs of my mom.❤️A heartfelt thank you to the Neurologist and Attending Physician who provided the care plan for my mom during her stay at the hospital. I also give a shout out to Eric (RN) and Tita ( Nurse Supervisor) for going the extra mile in helping my mom get settled on her first night at the hospital. I just witnessed one of the most incompetent things I’ve ever seen. I’m here with someone for a less severe (but still serious) issue in the ER. But what I saw was appalling. There was an approx 85 year old woman being registered with CLEAR stroke symptoms. Extreme head pain, vomiting, dizziness, disorientation. Yet despite that, she was treated like a standard check in. They communicated so poorly that she was triaged TWICE while waiting! Her son was begging for them to help his elderly mom who already apparently passed out at home, they weren’t moved. The last time he pled for help, the triage nurse literally said “sir make sure you finish your paperwork” at the check in area. I’m well aware how busy hospitals were, but that doesn’t mean you get to act apathetic or with no urgency. Im
