I highly recommend Dr. Keaton and the staff in his office. They are all wonderfully skilled and very friendly and delightful people. Dr. Heaton and every nurse that I saw was absolutely amazing in terms of patient care very gentle. I had no pain with any procedure no swelling no after effects nothing they were clear about their instructions for extra surgery and everything went very very well. I highly recommend Dr. Heaton and the entire staff. . They were wonderful!

Dr Heaton is an excellent diagnostician. As a dermatologist I would give him an excellent review. He operated on my face for a squamous cell and it healed without any problems and the scar is virtually invisible. He and his staff have a very positive manner with his patients. Overall I would say Dr Heaton and staff are a five star ⭐️ practice. Thank you.

Dr Ragi is the consummate professional. My Mohs surgery was effortless and virtually pain free. His friendly demeanor and his vast experience made the entire process seem routine. He and his staff were genuinely concerned about my well being and even followed up on me later on in the evening. If you ever have any hesitation about getting Mohs surgery, call Dr. Ragi. You will experience what I did, And find out how effortless it can be. Besides That he has Pizza brought into the office for all his patients.

Do not go here. Gangaram Ragi is very unprofessional, dishonest, and inconsiderate. I had a terrible experience not long ago. I went in for one thing and he began drawing and requesting to cut off other moles I did not request. After the terrible and unprofessional surgery with zero explanation and zero procedural expectation. Gangnam told me to come back to finish the two step procedure and receive results from what was removed. I was told it will be free of charge after voicing my opinion about the surgery’s procedure/result and professionalism. I was told to come back free of charge but now I am receiving a bill from collections due to this unprofessional and dishonest “MD”.
