Horrible location. Very rude lady on the phone. Had a friend who bought an item INSIDE the store. A minute shortly they noticed that there was a better item of the same brand and they went to cashier to let them know if they could EXCHANGE the item for other one. Unopened box. Not even a minute passed by. Did not even leave the store. Cashier very rudely said no, she can’t do that. No exchanges. She was extremely rude and nasty. Horrible customer service. Because of that, my friend wanted to completely return the item! Mind you, they wanted to just exchange the unopened item. I don’t blame them. In general, a good place, they are friendly, but if you need a prescription during the hours that they are supposed to open, it is not the right place. They open at 10:00am, but the person who makes the medicine arrives after that time and in my experience, the first time I had to wait in the place for 40 minutes for my medicine, the second time they told me that they would call me when the medicine was ready and it took more than an hour and they didn't call, I went to ask what was happening and they told me that they called me and I didn't answer 😏what a way to allude to their responsibility, me with the phone in my hand because my son had to take medication at 8:00 a.m. It was 11:00 a.m. without medication, this type of situation is very upsetting, I will never send my prescriptions to
