Dr. Lam is an excellent pediatric dentist. I would hands down highly recommend him for even the most difficult of children. He knows exactly how to treat/talk to kids, is extremely patient, and does an excellent job with teeth. I’ve been bringing my three children, now aged 15, 12 and 9, to Dr. Lam since they each got their first cleaning and he is the one doctor they see that I have not thought about switching. He makes it easy for the kids to come back to their next appointment, trauma free. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lam is amazing! My daughter struggles with severe dental phobia and I am so thankful that we were referred to Dr. Lam. His office is calm and welcoming and his staff is amazing, especially Claudia, who runs the office. Dr. Lam has taken extra time and care with Julia. And now she's not afraid to go back. If you have anyone with anxiety or sensory issues, I highly recommend Dr. Lam and his team.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Lam for a few years. She absolutely loves going and asks to return quite frequently. Dr. Lam not only provides excellent care, but he and his staff create a great, fun experience. The office waiting area is colorful, clean, and filled with activities for kids. Everyone is friendly and helpful to both adults and children. I am so glad my daughter's dentist appointments are fun outings! I wish I had had the same experiences as a child.

Both my kids have been seeing Dr. Lam since we moved to Florham Park 5 years ago, and we absolutely love the practice! Dr. Lam and his staff are so nice and welcoming to the kids, yet very thorough with us as parents to know what's happening during and post appointment (such as things to do at home and what to expect at our next appointments. Dentists in general can sometimes be scary, especially for kids, but both my kids love Dr. Lam and enjoy visiting him!! They are wonderful and I'm so glad we went with them from the beginning!

Gallery of Little Smiles is topnotch! Dr. Lam and his staff are very professional, caring and have great rapport with their young patients. When my son or daughter are in the dentist chair, Dr. Lam has a wonderful way of keep them relaxed and explaining in their terms what he is doing. No dentist anxiety anymore for my kids. They both always leave with a bright and shining SMILE on their faces!
