This pharmacy is unbelievable. First, they insist that our insurance is expired. When I inquired on the nature of the problem, the front lady refuse to tell me the nature of the problem and insist us to call the insurance. When I talk to the insurance there were only two possibilities which I confirmed with the agent: either they input the wrong number or did not enter at all. Seriously???? And yet, they did not even aplogize for waisting our entire Sat afternoon. People, stay away from this evil, incompetent place.

I believe they had enough masks in stock but kept it in the storage to wait until the price and needs hike up due to the corona 19 virus. However, after they heard that korean government controlling the mask manufacturing vendors and resales, they probably felt that the needs and the price will drop. They put out masks for customer for a lot higher price than normal to make extra money. I dont trust these types of people.

The lady is completely rude and is gives attitude when you talk to her. No respect at all..
