Gallatin Valley Vision

We had a great experience and highly recommend Gallatin Valley Vision. My husband and I went for our annual eye exams and to order new glasses. The appointment was easy to schedule and everyone on the staff was friendly, professional and highly competent. They assisted us from start to finish. We highly recommend Gallatin Valley Vision.

Had the best experience I’ve had yet at an optometrist, Dr Julia was incredible, and lined up a prescription for contacts, along with demos for that day, super quickly. Very affordable deal with contacts for a year as well as the appt itself. Optician got my glasses fitting better than they have in years, for sure going back

Originally had a poor experience when I received a new prescription and it hurt my eyes. When I asked to have my eyes rechecked, one of the doctors told me they’d have to charge a recheck fee. I wasn’t happy since I felt they made a mistake with the first prescription. So left a poor review here on Google and started looking for a new optometrist. To her credit, Dr Lemons (owner) called me to find out what happened and offered to make it right after hearing my experience. She personally rechecked my eyes and corrected the prescription without a fee. I respect them for calling and fixing the issue when they didn’t have to. I think it’s a big deal to admit a mistake and an even bigger deal to respond to negative feedback with an attitude of customer service. I’m happy with Dr Lemons

I would like to start by saying that I had amazing experience at Gallatin Valley Vision. The staff was very professional and provided exceptional care and customer service. Dr. Lemons is a very savvy, knowledgeable, and up-to-date eye doctor. She even mailed my new glasses to me when I could not make it into the office. I was very impressed by the staff's attentiveness to my needs. The office is very nice and they have a vast selection of eye wear and accessories at great prices. They treated me like family here and that is why I will continue to use GVV in the future. Thank you for the wonderful care and experience, Dr. Lemons and staff!!
