Galen College of Nursing is a place to start your career of becoming a nurse with zero stress during registration so long you meet up with all necessary requirements. The enrollment specialist Jasmine was always available to help out, she was always ready to help me get through all enrollment and registration process. I must commend her for that. Logging into canvas and navigating all courses was never difficult at all. The courses are well arranged and easy to read through. Save your money and go to ACC. I went through the LVN program last year and it was rough. There was a hand full of great teacher, but… Teachers kept leaving in the middle of the quarter. Other teachers had no idea what they were doing. (Teachers literally told us they didn’t know). It was just a mess. I went back and forth on if I wanted to return for the bridge program. I met with them and they said I would have enough financial aid to cover the program. They also said I wouldn’t have ANY out of pocket cost the first 2 quarters. (I have the email that showed me that) I said fine, it’s the devil I know, it’s possible other schools are just as bad. Started the bridge program this week. I completed the LVN course at Galen. The classes aren't easy, but the instructors and staff want you to succeed and will help you as much as they can, they are truly what make Galen a good school.

I received a call back on 9/13 8:32 am from a very rude individual. I asked to speak to someone above her due to her being rude, she would not even listen to the other questions that I was going to ask and kept speaking over me. I informed her that she turned me off from even wanting to apply to the college.
