Galaxy Pharmacy

Wow, I stumbled upon gold mine, I was with another pharmacy for quite some time and it was a total disaster, I finally left them and transferred everything to Galaxy Pharmacy, when I called to do so I spoke to Idalia, wow is all I have to say about her, very kind, very professional, excellent work ethics and integrity, what a breath of fresh air!!! It took us about 5 months to straighten out the mess the other pharmacy created but now we are on track. I am a VERY HAPPY customer and am so happy to write a good review because customer service doesn't exist anymore, the experiences with businesses and employees I have had in 2024 is the worst I have experienced ever, I am in shock as to how companies even make it, so it has been a refreshing experience and I highly recommend them!

Amber is Amazing! She's extremely friendly I can talk to her for hours. Amazing customer service will definitely be returning.

Friends don't let friends go to chain pharmacies. Amber's great. Always answers the phone, calls back, even does deliveries if you can't get there. Very easy to talk to about anything, related to meds or otherwise. I recently moved from that area to west Anaheim (on the border of Buena Park) and there are no good independent pharmacies here. I called every one of them, nada. It's kind of a ways to come back here but we got it down to once a month and she's the best so why not?

Amber (the owner) Is the most competent and thoughtful pharmacist I've ever met. She really cares about her customers/patients. I'm not one to leave reviews, (especially for a pharmacy!) but this one deserves it. Do yourself a favor and take your prescriptions here for amazing service from a hardworking and thoughtful woman. :) -Alex Laur

I've posted in the past but the service here is so personal and caring I feel like Amber another member of the family. Really goes the extra mile for the customer. I moved 2 towns away and still fill all my prescriptions here. Worth the drive 100%
