Galaxy Dental

I haven’t been to this place since my mom agreed that I shouldn’t be going to a place like this. I’m 16 but when I went here I was way younger but I still have memories of this place. I never liked this dentist, he’s very rude I feel and I don’t think he truly cares about his patients. I don’t know why this place is still up, with the way this guy acts, he shouldn’t still have an office. When I went here, I remember I had to get my first filing for my cavity and he didn’t even numb me, just started filing right away. It hurt, of course it did. I remember I felt I was going to cry because I felt every single thing but I just kept quiet, I thought it was their job to numb me but they didn’t. I think he was awesome! I have never had a filling that quick in my whole life lol and it looks great! I found him to be very nice and he explained everything I asked, his office staff and dental assistant were awesome as well! Thanks guys see you in a few weeks!

Made my 15 year old daughter cry. She raised her arm to let him know it hurt and she was clearly in pain. He ignored her and kept working. He finally gave her another shot at my request and proceeded to finish the work. She was in tears at the end. She was traumatized and said even after the second shot she could feel everything. Do not go to this dentist. He also bad mouths other dentists in town. Very unprofessional.

If I could do a half star I would. They did root canals on my 13 year old. One tooth, they completely missed one of the nerves. Leaving my son in excruciating pain. We went back and they claimed it was fine, that it would stop in a few days. We then sought a second opinion and found he needed to see a specialist to repair the botched root canal. Their office won’t return my calls as my insurance already fully paid them.

My husband went in to have a tooth pulled here. They brought him back and the doctor gave him the numbing shot. Then went to work on his teeth my husband raised his had a few time and told the dr he could sill feel it. They gave him a couple more numbing shots but still couldn’t hit the right nerve. The dr then told him that he couldn’t actually feel it that it’s just pressure. I could here him screaming from the waiting room. My husband has a high pain tolerance. He was a professional bull rider and has broken many bones. By the time he got outside he was spitting up large amounts of blood and pieces of the tooth.
