I have been seeing Dr Mattei for awhile now. He effectively helps to manage my complex back and knee pain. Each appointment he listens to my concerns and explains things to me clearly. I cannot stress enough what a great doctor he is. And his nurse, Kathy, is a bonus. She is extremely knowledgable, helpful and a kind & gentle nurse. What a team!! FIVE stars!!

I’ve been seeing Dr Matteo for about two years. He has always been very kind and very supportive of my need to feel better. He was giving me cortisone shots for the neuropathy pain , along with trying every medication available to help me with the pain. Last year in May the pain became excruciating..he said “ I want you to have your life back “ and meant it. He sent me for an incredible test that showed I had peripheral neuropathy. He discussed the scs. The stimulating device they implant in your back. I had the trial in August. Complete relief. 😀 then we did the implant. Thank Goodness for Dr Matteo, he found how to alleviate my pain almost 100%. It is now Feb and I’ve been pain free for months. Any doubts you may have about seeing a pain management doctor , let go, pls visit Dr Matteo. H

I have never written a review before however Dr. Mattei’s bedside manner should be emphasized. After seeing multiple doctors in the area due to debilitating back pain, I was finally referred to Dr. Mattei. Since walking through the door, I was met with his kindness. He took the time to listen to my symptoms and showed genuine interest in helping me. Thanks to his recommendations, my pain has resolved and I am now able to partake in my normal daily activities/exercises. I am grateful that I met him and would recommend him with no hesitation. He was phenomenal.  Thank you, Dr. Mattei!
