We could not ask for a better pediatrician for our baby. From day one, Dr. Saca has been compassionate, thorough, and incredibly reassuring—especially as first-time parents. She truly listens, never rushes appointments, and makes us feel heard and supported. Our baby is thriving, and we are so thankful to have such thoughtful, attentive care.

As a first time mom, I had concerns and worry on a lot of things. Dr. Saca and her team made me feel absolutely comfortable and secure. We saw several a couple of doctors at South Miami hospital and at the Coral Gables location. All truly amazing. After Autumn’s first visit, I left the office feeling very comfortable and knowing that my daughter is in good hands. Highly recommend Gables Pediatrics!

My grandchild is a patient of this practice and I am very upset about a recent situation where he was vaccinated while sick. My grandchild had an appt for a well-care visit which included scheduled vaccines. The parent let the doctor know he was vomiting and coughing the day before the appt. He was still coughing the day of. Prior to this, he had never been sick. The parent questioned whether the vaccines should be given in light of my grandchild's persistent coughing. The doctor said you could wait but it will be fine for him to get the vaccines. Foolishly, the parent agreed despite having concerns. Additionally, the doctor wanted to give voluntary vaccines but thankfully the parent said no to those. That night my grandchild cried most of the night and also developed a fever. Whil

The process to get an appointment is horrendous. I asked to schedule the 1 year appointment including vaccines for my daughter around 3 weeks before her birthday. They looked up her last vaccine date and said she is able to get them by the date that I went ahead to make the appointment for. The doctor tells me at the appointment that she can't get the vaccine and this is the one big rule they have. But he said that he is just doing the checkup and that I can make a vaccine only appointment. Now this is what I am trying to do but it seems impossible. The appointment line can't make vaccine only appointments and keeps transferring me to the medical department which never answers and I am just getting kicked out of the line (happened several times over several days). Now I am waiting since 30

Ridiculous Wait Times. Leaving This Doctor. The service at Gables Pediatrics has gone severely downhill. Despite having a scheduled appointment, we were left waiting in the waiting room for over one hour. There were still two patients ahead of us. This is completely ridiculous and shows a profound disrespect for our time. A medical office should be able to manage its schedule. We left without being seen. We are moving all our records immediately and changing pediatricians. Do not go here if you value punctuality. The clinic is disorganized and overbooked.
