I was recommended to them by a co worker a year ago. I saw them for the first time for a cleaning. That went “ok”. I had to go back to have a cavity filled. The dentist that handled me acted like I was being a baby because I don’t do well with needles and even after the numbing meds, I was still able to feel the drilling and the pulling and tugging…. It hurt like hell!!! Fast forward to Saturday. I had an appt this past Saturday. Mind you, it was rescheduled as I had to work. I was called on Thursday or Friday to be reminded of my appt. I get there EARLY Saturday morning and I was told that my insurance lapse and is no longer valid. I was very confused so I said maybe it was changed and I didn’t know no it. The desk receptionist tried to get me to pay cash and they would “reimburse” me onc

the previous remarks are erroneous!! Dr G R Frankel is an ORTHODONTIST AND HAS NOT CLEANED TEETH OR FILLED A CAVITY SINCE DENTAL SCHOOL in 1963!
