All the staff were very helpful! Dr. Huffman was very caring and explained all the steps for my reverse arthroplasty! Timothy Hirsch, Dr. Huffman's PA, was fabulous and was very quick to respond, even after office hours. I highly recommend Dr. Huffman!!!

This is my second visit to see Dr. Huffman. The first time I waited for an hour to see him. This time I waited for 1 1/2 hours. I thought they had gone to lunch. So I finally checked with them about why I hadn’t been seen, and they apologized. I had not been checked in on their new computer system as ready to be seen. I asked for a refund for my visit after he saw me, but the practice manager informed me they don’t do this. I will never go to Rothman again, where you are just a number and they don’t care if they leave you waiting. First time, shame on them. Second time, shame on me. Update: I spoke with operations personally after they called me, and they explained the situation of the growing pains they’re experiencing. All is good now.

Dr. Huffman and his team are truly exceptional. I just had left shoulder surgery and soon will have my right shoulder replaced. The recovery for my surgery and the communication with his team has been incredible. I highly Dr. Huffman as he takes his time understanding your needs and does everything possible to ensure satisfaction. Thank you!
