FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers

The best receptionist (Shayla) left, they don't have enough physical therapists and today it was pipping hot!! I even asked Bianca who was the acting front desk for a day that the ONE therapist is not busy juggling 4 clients. They tell you an appointment time, you get there and don't get called back maybe 20 minutes later. Even still, Tony is updating other clients chart. And the owner is in Colorado! They just sent in my daughter's plan of care, now her doctor's office already signed off on it and sent it back to Fyzical. Tell me why they had to find it?? Now it has to goes to insurance and wait for authorization. So that means my daughter can't be seen until authorization comes back. I asked them to send it in early so it wouldn't be no delays , he said we had time. But now here we are

Been going to them for almost a year and they are so grateful I think my kids with me and they all play with them and I love how sweet they are to them and Mrs Tony does so grate when it comes to helping me get stronger I would always give the a 10 out of 10

Love this place! Rene & staff are compassionate caring people who go over & above your expectations. They helped my balance & relieved my knee pain. Great location too! My 3 other sisters has been helped by them too! We are all senior citizens, with balance & paun issues but, our confidence & love for life has been restored. Thanks to Rene, Rene M & the whole staff!!!

I have been going there for three surgery and they are awesome you go in feeling bad but you come out feeling strong and better I have done seeing him stripping people that have been paralyzed in the walking chairs I have seen him strengthen the people have been dealing with stroke that I tell you Renee and his company and his crew they would get you not back on your feet ready to run. I love it and his whole staff
