FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Savannah

I really wanted to give this Therapy Center a good review based on all of the wonderful reviews I read online. This review is based only on customer service there. My physical therapy order for vestibular rehab was received at their office almost 3 weeks ago and today is the first call back despite me calling three times to inquire if they ever received it - very poor customer service in that they never had the courtesy to call me back to at least let me know they received the order! I was lucky enough to get in immediately at a different therapy group here in Savannah and have already had six visits!!

I had a great experience with the Therapists almost every time during my treatment, Sydney especially is very empathetic and awesome to work with and Tori is there to get you going regardless of if you want to, which in a lot of these cases is what you need lol. I will say make sure to stay on top of billing as I had to fight tooth and nail to get my correct copay charged, a refund for excess credit, and any answers regarding how much I am being charged and why at all. I ended up having to work with my insurance and then have them call to get the number to the billing company that the practice uses. All while also trying to deal with very bad vestibular dysfunction and migraines that are caused by structural issues and not the usual suspects. Overall though, when things were working I ve

I really like this place. My first impression when I walked in the door was " Wow, this place is really clean". The lady at the front desk was nice. Then Taryn, after examining me, took me through what I needed to do step by step. She took time and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have had BPPV ( crystals floating in the semicircular ear canal) twice and have had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Jordan Brown ,PT. He is professional yet very cordial and puts you at ease. Being a retired RN , I especially appreciated his Anatomy and Physiology explanations in my case making me understand the why and the need for certain home exercises .I was made to feel that it was important to Jordan that I improved by his demeanor and his consistent level of quality of care. I have been to three other places for PT for other reasons and can honestly say Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center is definitely a step above all the rest.

The therapists at FYZICAL work to ensure the best care is given to get you back or better after an injury or surgery. They are focused, knowledgeable, energetic and know when it’s time to push you to the next level of strength. Thank you all!
