FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Provo

I liked the therapist I saw-- Rogan Taylor. He was thorough and helpful. The aids were kind and friendly. I went in for some issues with my SI joints and the therapy given was adequate. Unfortunately, I'm giving a 2-star review because I am disappointed with the customer service of the billing department. The billing department at the physical therapy office mis-wrote the information given to them by my insurance regarding my deductible. I continued with all of my recommended appointments, and frequently checked with the staff at the front desk regarding where I was at with my deductible, only to find at the end of it all that I had a large bill I cannot afford. I have gone to Fyzical in Provo for two separate issues over the past few months. This is an excellent facility including a variety of machines and exercise equipment. They even have a pool. The level of care is top notch. I highly recommend this place. The people make it a place I want to return to.

I have had a fantastic experience at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Provo. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about my recovery. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. They took the time to understand my needs, created a personalized treatment plan, and helped me make real progress. The facility is clean and well-equipped, and scheduling is always easy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch physical therapy!

Met once with a therapist to find out they have no way to do aquatherapy for my son in a wheelchair. They proceeded to bill my son and did not respond to our calls to remove the bill, and eventually sent to collections. Really poor experience.

I was very nervous at first starting PT, but the staff is absolutely amazing and they are all very knowledgeable. I've never had to wait for more than 5-10 min, but it's not uncommon in ANY clinic settings. They are making sure everyone is taken care of. They are all very polite and personable. Chandler is amazing. He is not only great at therapies but helps to understand how the body works. Avery makes the tech work like fun, and she is great with patients with always a smile on her face.
