FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Port Charlotte

I really appreciate all the staff at Fyzical in Pt Charlotte! Everyone that I have worked with is top notch! They listen and you get what you need. I also love the facility with it's windows and lovely view. It makes me feel like my younger days when I used to go to the gym. A pleasant experience all around with the nicest and most competent professionals. I always return to this place when I need help.

The main issues that I have to say is the place is immaculately clean. The physical therapist are kind, gentle, calm , excellent and no stress. If you go there, I’m sure you will be pleased. Probably not another place like it.

This is the first time I have gone to Fyzical for therapy and think it is great! The office staff is friendly and organized. The therapists are dedicated and always prepared. The equipment is in great condition too. I have been going there for about a month twice a week and am making good progress!

I spoke to this physical therapy provider three times on the phone about making an appointment and what my benefits are. I cleared my calendar for the day got ready and showed up for my appointment early. When they saw my card they said we don’t take your benefits, even though the day before they said that they had gotten my benefit information and told me what my co-pay would be, I have no idea what the physical therapist like but clearly they have a problem with scheduling . Please be careful making an appointment with this provider. Make sure they take your benefits as I was told they did several times and I showed up to only find out they actually didn’t.

I am very satisfied with my experience at FYZICAL. All of the staff was very helpful and welcoming. I feel I have made great progress and want to thank them for their guidance.
