I was pleased that Fyzical is so close to my house! The facility is state of the art with a great staff! It’s a very professional environment focused on my health and getting me back on my feet with better balance and strength!! I’m 78 and want to enjoy the remainder years I have being active and enjoying life! I highly recommend Fyzical to everyone no matter your needs, to help you maximize your health. 2 week Update: Sarah is customizing my exercises to what I enjoy doing and what I need to incorporate in order to gain strength. She applies just enough increase to the workout that I leave Fyzical so encouraged and now find time at home to apply my new skills! Great place, staff is warm and welcoming. I went there due to vestibular balance issues. Carrie Rohr is amazing, she provided an explanation for each excerise we did, and how it would aid in my balance. They also have incredible technology, that can measure your progress, and compare results to other your age. Provided a baseline, and was a great visual aid to show my improvement. I had 23 appointments, improved my balance and my confidence in a crowd, knowing I won't appear to be stumbling and weaving. Thank you all for your help.

These ladies and gentlemen really helped make you feel at home and comfortable. We talked about their fur babies which I love all fur babies so that made a new place feel comfortable and relaxing.
