FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - East Asheville

The one star is in regard to the billing department/agency they use. I’ve called four times over the last four months to request my credit from being over charged. I allowed ample time in between calls to wait for the check they keep saying is being sent. The frustrating part is that this credit/overpayment was from services in April-June 2025, I finally heard about this in Oct when I went back for post-op PT. I have done insurance billing and receiving (I was a manager at a chiropractic office), so I know it can take time to process claims, but these claims had all been processed so I’m not sure why I’m still waiting to receive a check for the money I overpaid. If you don’t want to wait 4+ months to receive your money back then I’d go somewhere else! 1 on 1 Physical Therapy is great! 😉 F

Andrea is very skilled. She explains everything thoroughly. I have already recommended FYZICAL for balance work to two of my friends. And I told my referring doctor that he should refer any of his patients with balance issues there. That about says it all.

I was pleased with their diagnosis and treatment plan. I worked with several therapists, all of whom were friendly, gentle, encouraging, and patient with me.Any questions I had were answered fully. The therapy worked like a charm. I had full use of my shoulder in the anticipated amount of time.

The physical therapists are so knowledgeable and provide a variety of treatments. An important aspect of their care is the education they give their patients.

Dedicated care specific to my needs as an individual. My PT Jessica Riddle treated me as an individual patient instead of just a collection of symptoms.
