ON 2/6/26 I called their Clifton office to inquire about becoming a new patient and scheduling an appointment for my son. The person who answered, Gloria, picked up and immediately said please hold. She proceeded to leave me on hold for 15 minutes and 47 seconds. Every 3 minutes I was taken off hold and put back into the call que. All 5 times this transpired I could hear the office staff in the background conversing and laughing yet no one had the decency of telling me "sorry we are experiencing a high call volume can you please continue to hold." The manor in which this office conducts their phone etiquette is deplorable. I can only imagine how inefficient the rest of the services they render are performed.

Absolutely ridiculous. I have since moved to Bergen county and have been on the phone with the ladies from the Clifton location since about late July to obtain my kids medical records so that they can go to a provider closer to where we live now. This was the longest two months ever. Ever time I call I'm am immediately placed on hold there is no greeting from the other side just that horrid elevator music they put on. Without fail I am greeted by tunes and left there for almost 30 minutes. When someone finally does pick up it's not a hello or thank you for calling our practice it's "Yes". I sent Gloria- who from what I've been told is the manager there and who is never in- my release of documents authorization form via email. This office really doesn’t care for anyone. The receptionist are useless and don’t inform you in advance. I called 10/29 at 11am , for a telehealth consult for my sick daughter. I picked her up from school due to vomiting all day and stomach pain. Receptionist tells me they can offer me after 2pm. I agreed and waited for the phone call. There was no phone call and I had to be calling back nonstop to figure out a time frame. I called the office finally at 4pm due to having another appointment at 5:30pm. They informed me soon they’ll contact me. I also have a copay which they didn’t charge me for. Finally, at 4:30pm in the afternoon I get a phone call from the office informing me I can’t be attended, because apparently my insurance pcp was not currently listing the correct provider. I had go

I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was born. For starters, the whole vibe in the entire office was made specifically to bring a smile to your child’s face. They have vibrant colors and the most awesome wall decals all over. My daughter loves naming as many characters as she can and I think honestly that makes the whole “bringing a child to the doctor” a lot easier. The staff honestly has been great at just about everything when it comes to my daughter. They’re very attentive and friendly, and the doctors have all been able to help my daughter through the growing stages with anything we need. The wait time sometimes can be longer but in my personal experience, I’ve never had to wait more than 20 minutes which was rare in itself. My daughter has seen a few different doctors at the o
