The phone wait time is over 45 minutes, and I don't understand why it takes so long. When we call, we are on hold for at least 30 minutes, no matter the time of day. People cannot wait that long because they have other commitments and work to do. This kind of service definitely needs to change.

The best I recommend them 💯 took both my kids since 2010!!!

This is my 1st time having a bad experience here been coming here since my son was 4 I have two kids now 11 and 5 so you do the math. My son had bloodwork this morning and I’m very disappointed with the Saturday staff, the medical assistant who tried to get my sons blood this morning was having a hard time she poked him in both arms trying to get a good vein she couldn’t. After waiting and having my child do fasting she tells me I have to go to a lap because she can’t find his vein. I said ok is there a nurse or another person in the clinic to administer the test ? She said her co worker is with another patient so I have to go to a diff lab 🤔🤔🤔 helloooo !!!! You guys are at work a work environment suppose to be a team you guys work together and try to find a solution tor ur patients not sh

I’ve been going to this office for 20 years. There’s been plenty of ups and downs but I stayed loyal! Today’s waiting over 2 hrs today for an appointment just did it for me. I’ve wanted to change Dr’s for a while but hadn’t done so because my kids LOVE Dr. Rasheed. The office today was overly crowded, no social distancing. You make mention and staff gets attitudes. I’m over it.
