FUSUN OZLEN GOKMEN FOWLER

My appointment was scheduled back in August, 2023 for a follow up which is about 6 months go. Today 1/9/2024, I came to my appointment and the staff told me that I cannot be seen by the doctor today because the doctor did not request for an update follow up authorization. She asked me if I receive a call from their office about it. I told her no or else I would not drive 40 mins to come to the appointment. The staff apologized to me that no one had contacted me. I told her I received over 6 text and app alerts as a reminder. I asked her can she schedule my next appointment, so I have it on the book while they can request for an update authorization which usually takes about 10- 15 days. She told me that she cannot schedule me if there is no authorization approval. She told me that
