Fusion Specialty Pharmacy

Been a long time customer. The medications have always been effective. And I appreciate that. The 2 stars are for the many years worth of unfriendly, unprofessional, horrible, rude, unpersonal, customer service at the counter - from women staff. The few times a man assisted they were pleasant, friendly and professional. I dony know why the women are how they are. I just dont understand it. Don't like your job leave. Today picking up my meds were no different. I went in to pick up meds I havent been able to pick up, as I had knee surgery a month ago. Which is why I used a cane for support - apparently this woman at the counter paid little to no attention to. Once I said my name and she retrieved my meds, she proceeded to breate me on being tardy to pick up the meds which were filled on

The quality of their medicines is amazing, and customer support is incredible. I had a shipping issue with UPS on a controlled medication, and Fusion worked with me to ensure I didn't run out of my medication, going above and beyond what most compounding pharmacies would. I am grateful to have found them, and I will continue using Fusion for all my specialty compounding needs.

We LOVE Fusion Pharmacy! The staff is always so friendly and helpful with my health concerns. I love buying the immune packs they have there, especially as kids head back to school! They even deliver to my house if I need. Highly recommend them!

Love Fusion pharmacy! Everyone is friendly, helpful and efficient. The drive-thru on Riverside is an added bonus! I find myself going here even when I don’t even need a prescription filled because they have so many other great products!

Love this local, small business pharmacy! They always take good care of me—especially with all my compounded medications. The pharmacist is super knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions and the front desk people are friendly and professional. They also stock my favorite Clean Simple Eats products that are hard to find sometimes- so that’s a plus!!
