It would have been nice if you had mentioned your office being closed Thursday afternoon. I received your message on Wednesday that my glasses were ready. I told you I would be there today to pick up. I arrived at 3:45pm and am upset about this long hot drive that I will need to make again another day. Your website also indicates you are open. Gas costs a lot of money!
