I’ve been going to Sarah for a little over a year now, and she has been a huge part of keeping me injury-free throughout my endurance training. Between running, lifting, cycling, and high training volume, my body takes a beating. She’s knowledgeable, intentional, and truly understands how to work with athletes and active individuals. Sarah is phenomenal. It’s hard to find a good lymphatic massage therapist, and I’ve been to many. She is easily at the top of the list. Her gentle but thorough approach, combined with techniques like cupping and deep tissue work, makes a huge difference every time. Sarah is so kind and did incredible, thoughtful and intentional work when I told her I had a race coming up. I made the mistake of not getting on her books ahead of time and waited for a cancellation to pop up. If you’re considering a massage, I would encourage you to get an appointment and not wait until the last minute like I did (I was just lucky she had a rare opening)!
