Functional Bodywork Therapy

I have really enjoyed my experiences here. I've had issues with my back for years. Ive been getting massages for years and Drew is one of the best therapists that I have been to. The environment is quiet and comfortable. I am not one who relaxes easily but have fallen asleep in both of my sessions, which is a real testament to how comfortable, relaxed, and at ease I feel. Had my first massage session with Drew and it was a great experience. He did an excellent job identifying and working through trigger points, and I left feeling noticeably more mobile and relaxed. As a PTA myself, I really appreciated working with someone who clearly has strong knowledge and skilled, hands-on technique. A great place to find reset and relaxation. I’ll definitely be back.

Always a great experience here. I mainly get my massage for relaxation but Drew does an amazing job at finding areas that need extra work and really focusing in on those areas while still maintaining focus on the areas that don’t require as much work. He is very knowledgeable in therapeutic massage techniques and offers education for at home maintenance of overall wellness. I also like the fact that the services are reasonably priced without the pressure of signing up for a membership program.

For some, massages aren’t just self care, they aren’t just a moment of peace, they are a medical necessity to prevent and reduce chronic pain flares up. Functional Bodywork gets that and as a member of their team, Drew was quickly able to start the task of working out years of muscle tension. Absolutely love Beth! She is a master at ridding the tension in my neck and shoulders. I have been going to massage therapy for over 20 years and she has been able to help me get on a pain free road of recovery, I have been able to go almost 1.5-2 weeks before the pain sets in again. Compared to previous massages where I feel the pain coming back within 3-4 days. Deep tissue, cupping, and Beth are what I look forward to after a couple weeks at work and life!
