Fultz Physical Therapy - South Bossier

I have been going to Fultz physical therapy now since late February 2025. Today is June 22nd 2025. Everyone here is amazing. Caleb Jennifer and Mrs Tony are always smiling. They pay attention to your needs and are very knowledgeable about your situation. They motivate you to want it. They have everything you need to get your issues taken care of. They stay in contact with your doctor which for me is a plus. If you are in need of a PT then I highly recommend Fultz physical therapy. I look forward to going to my PT 2 times a week. It more like seeing friends than just going to an appointment. They care about your well being.

This new office of Fultz Physical Therapy on Barksdale Blvd is top notch! The therapists are super friendly, very helpful to me, the patient, and regularly inform my orthopedic dr about my progress. This is my 4th experience with PT and my first time to come to Fultz. Parking close to the office is always available, no waiting, and lots of conversation with my therapist about the process and what is being accomplished. It is a very neat and clean office, with space for private help to patients, as well as a large, open room for machine work, stair steps, etc. So glad the office has opened in South Bossier! A wonderful facility!

Caleb McEntire is fantastic. He doesn’t push me too far unless I need it. He doesn’t let me overdue it so my recovery is done correctly. He is always learning new methods of healing. The new south Bossier clinic is a great addition! Highly recommended Fultz!!

This location is not only close to my home, I was able to be seen in a timely manner, and issues were addressed. Caleb was so knowledgable, understanding, and helpful. I will be singing his praises across town, although I want to keep this place a secret so it'll not become overly booked.

Care for my 13 year old son has been excellent. Great place to have in south Bossier.
