Fulton Manor Nursing Home

Mom was admitted to Fulton manor from Fulton hospital. When she arrived there was confusion on her care. Once she was given a room is when all the problems started. Her blood sugar needed to be taken before she ate to know how much insulin she needed it was never checked. We were told it was to be given on a sliding scale. Mom was on five liters of oxygen in order to keep her oxygen level up. One early morning I came in to be with mom for the day and mom said she was having trouble breathing which come to find out the oxygen wasn’t turned on at the wall all night long. I did point it out to the nurse and her comment was I wondered why her oxygen level were low. So we had hospice of Ohio start taking care of mom until we could get here transferred to Hospice of Lenawee. Mean while I was que

My Mom is a resident at Fulton Manor in Wauseon . She and my family are blessed with the all of the employees here . From the administrator, the nurses , the healthcare aides, the dietitians, the therapists to the people and laundry. They are such a great team that work together to give my mom the care that she needs.. I don't know what we would do without them. They really are an answer to our prayers. They are so kind and caring to my mom and all of us. Our community is blessed to have this facility and our town.

My gma worked in the kitchen years ago. Was also a resident after she had a stroke. Great staff they took care of my gma as she was one of thier family members
