I first visited this clinic last year and my first one or two visits were not bad. Dr. Tsao performed a minor procedure to drain a sty I had on my eye. The procedure went well and I had no complaints on Dr. Tsao's attitude, then, However, when I came back this year due to another sty appearing on my eye (after more than a year of them not seeing me), I was presented with a rude attitude from Dr. Tsao that I was confused by. He seemed almost annoyed that I was back and was seemingly in a rush to finish the visit. When he came in, he already seemed unhappy to see that I was back. When he was performing the tonometry test (I think that's the name for it), I was having trouble keeping my eyes open immediately after he put the numbing drops in my eyes and I just needed a quick moment. They called me and when I called back, they were not interesting in following up. I have no idea why I was called as I never associated with them.

Dr. Tsao is knowledgeable, caring, and patient. He made my mom feel comfortable the whole time. He took the time to answer all our questions clearly, and what we appreciate most is that he’s always willing to take your call when you reach out to the office. I highly recommend him!

Dr Tsao is amazing. Within 15 minutes of being in his office, he asked me if I had any issues with my eyes. I said not that I was aware of, other than not seeing as well as I would like to. He told me my eye was protruding outward. I hadn’t notice it at that point, but by looking at some old pictures I could see the change in my eye. An MRI found I had a mass behind my eye that thankfully turned out to be non cancerous. Had it not been identified by Dr. Tsao, it could have burst at some point. All Dr aren’t as thorough as Dr Tsao. I am fortunate he took the time to evaluate me as a patient instead of looking at me as a quick dollar sign. I am thankful I went to Dr Tsao. I strongly recommend him.

Dr. Esser is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The office is very clean and uncluttered, and the instruments seem up-to-date. Dr. Esser answered all of my questions, and he is honest and trustworthy. The staff are prepared to help, attentive, and friendly. Thank you
