I’ve been taking both of my first babies here to the clinic. For many years. Now, Dr Hernández be respectful and attentive, thorough understanding, doctor. Has been attending my babies I love the staff here, full of joy and happiness. The receptionist Even though they only have one person day, they’re super communicative. Answer my Questions, so warming and caring over the phone also these damn comments from Un. Attentive people are the problem it’s NOT THE RECEPTIONS ITS THE RUDE ITS THE PEOPLE THAT UN CARE DOE THERE PETS WHEN ITS TO LATE.

I’ve been bringing all of my fur babies to Dr. Hernandez for many years, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about him and his team. Dr. Hernandez and his staff are always kind, compassionate, and understanding in every situation. They take the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about the fur babies and the families who love them. I’m so grateful to have a vet I completely trust!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at this veterinary clinic. The level of care and genuine human compassion we received was exceptional from the very beginning. My chihuahua came in with a serious issue in her little paw, and thanks to their professionalism, commitment, and empathy, they were able to save it. On top of the outstanding medical care, this clinic was the most economically accessible option we found, which truly matters when you love your pet and are facing an urgent situation. They scheduled the surgery as soon as possible and took the time to explain everything with patience and kindness. This is a place where they don’t just care for animals—they care for families. I called and the receptionist was so kind and helpful! I also work in customer service, so I really appreciate when someone goes above and beyond to make a great impression. You can tell they genuinely care—not just about the people who call, but also about the animals they help every day. The receptionist (a friendly guy with a cheerful voice) was patient, informative, and made me feel totally comfortable. It’s nice to see people who truly love what they do. Thank you for taking such good care of both pets and their owners! ❤️

I cannot say enough about how grateful we are for Dr. Hernandez and his team. They are amazing humans who love and care for your pets as much as you do. I have had great experiences each time I go in from unplanned emergency visits to our annual appointments. Thank you for caring about your community and their beloved furry family members.
