Full Smile Orthodontics

Lucretia is honestly the only reason I haven’t completely lost my patience with Full Smile. In the beginning, my daughter and I experienced ongoing issues, especially with an appliance that continually slipped and caused frustration. Despite the problems, the focus often seemed to be on payment rather than resolving the concerns. Lucretia, however, has been absolutely amazing. She is professional, kind, thoughtful, and truly attentive. She asks questions, makes sure updated images are taken, and genuinely follows through. It feels like she is the only one consistently advocating for my daughter and making sure she’s properly cared for. Everyone in that building could learn something from her level of professionalism and compassion. Whatever she’s being paid, it’s not enough.

Good environment. I always request Lucretia she is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. She is very nice! Request her if you go!

Yet another orthodontist change! At this point, I’m done with this office. The lack of consistency has been frustrating and disruptive, and it doesn’t feel like there’s stable, long-term care here.
