Worse experience ever dealing with a doctor's office and Dr. Lillie in general. Last month I was seen in the ER for a kidney stone and Kenmore Mercey referred me here for follow up. My appointment was supposed to be 2 weeks later but they called to reschedule because the doctor was going Germany and had to wait another 2 weeks for my appointment. During this time I think I passed the stone and I was pain free for about a week. The pain came back and I thought maybe I didn't pass it. My appointment came and I told the doctor that I was still in pain. He didn't believe me and said it can't still be hurting basically. I had to advocate for myself for him to order tests so it can be looked at. I went to windsong on Wednesday for my tests. The next morning they were available in my patient port

Receptionist hung up on me. I have witnesses at catholic health. They sent over my script wrong so they called to fix it. They didn’t send it. We waited and then I called. The receptionist said “we sent it again” EXTREMELY RUDELY AND THEN HUNG ON ON ME. Disgusting 🤢 EDIT: just got off the phone with the lab & they say that the script was never even resent over even though we were told it was. I am lookin for a new urologist as I write this. That is not good customer service with patients. They do not care about patients there do not go there!
