If I could give this place zero stars, I would; there is a problem every single time I try to collect my prescription refills. Even if the refill gets called in to be ready for pick up days in advanced, they never seem to have anything ready and will make you wait over an hour. God forbid you try to use the drive through as well! Every single time I attempt to use the drive through they insist on my coming inside to wait for my prescriptions which defeats the whole purpose of the drive through. The majority of the staff are unmotivated while the pharmacist himself is rude and condescending. The only time anything ever gets done expeditiously is if you cop an attitude right back at them. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on the people trying to get their prescriptions, just

Absolutely worst pharmacy ever! Called to verify my perceptions with a the nurse at ONVIDA after being discharged for 2 back surgeries, and the technician could not properly run my health insurance card. He asked for every number on my card. Then said he was too busy and I needed to call my insurance and get it straightened out. Then hung up on me and my nurse!

I have been using them for some time and I feel like they have continued to make significant improvements over this timespan despite typically having a high number of patients. The customer service skills and attention to detail are far better than other pharmacies I've used in the area. As long as I'm living nearby I really can't see myself utilizing any other pharmacy

DO NOT use this pharmacy! I was in line, behind one couple that was being helped (I was there with over 10 minutes left before they closed- & I was told,a few hours earlier that the prescription would be ready for pick up). They finished up with the couple at 8:00pm, and I was told that the pharmacist said that no one else could be helped. This is not the first time I've had issues with this pharmacy. They hung up on me before I could even say hello, earlier in the day (just one of many examples). No more prescriptions will be filled for my family at this pharmacy.

Went to the drive thru. I have had my moments particularly for the very long line and long waits...however, today I had a young lady Name started with Ailani she was kind and efficient. I was so happy be cause I was really feeling poorly.
