Yesterday around noon I called to check on my prescription, they said it wasn't ready and to give them until 2:00. I went in around 5:30pm to pick up my prescription and the girl told me "looks like I'm working on this for you, can you give us 30 minutes?" I told her no I wouldn't wait because they told me it would be ready at 2 and it was almost 6pm. She walked around the pharmacy, then picked up a bag that was ready to go, just sitting on the counter. All she had to do was hand it to me. Why was that going to take 30 minutes???
Called in my prescription a week ahead. I go to pick it up and I was told it was pushed back another week when I needed it this week. The lady told me it would be ready the next day by noon and it still is not ready. It’s an easy prescription should not take 2 weeks.
This Fry's rocks!!! Great area.
Says they're open when they're not, always says my prescriptions are ready when they're not, most of the people that are very rude!
I love the pharmacy they are a great staff friendly and if your not understanding how to take your meds they explain it very clearly
