Fry's Pharmacy

Should’ve read the comments before making this my pharmacy. All the comments are true, most of the pharmacists doesn’t feel like they know their stuff, they just make up some excuses, one time they even said that my prescription were stopped manufacturing, once I confronted about that, they changed topic and fighting that we will close in 10 mins, you want to argue or get your medication ordered. Another time they said a different copay than what I usually get, then once I argued and made them check previous medications, they charged a different copay. Every time there is some kind of trouble, asking the management to hire professionally knowledgeable and a polite person please. This pharmacy is awful. They refused to refill a handwritten script from the doctor because it had 2 slightly different colored blue inks. They could have simply called the doctor the next day and verified that the script was legit. Instead, I went to my old Frys Pharmacy and they had no issue with the script. The Pharmacist even said often the MA will prefill some info and the doctor will write in the rest. I won't be filling anymore prescriptions at this Frys on Chandler Hgts.

Tried to pick up pain medication for my young son tonight. He just got out of the hospital after major surgery. The surgeon forgot to sign the prescription and the pharmacist would not call him so we could get this rx filled. So, now we are stuck without any pain meds for this poor kid. Shame on this pharmacist!!! Hope this never happens to you or your family. Definitely won’t be using this pharmacy again.

Pros and cons. Many annoying things with their system. They can't figure out how to price meds when you have insurance AND their kroger plan that gets you certain meds free. They always want to charge me. They continue refills on old medication dosages when new prescription dosage has been sent in, so you have to be vigilant on the refills. But overall, I use them because it's convenient, I like the drive through option, and the gas fuel points.
