Fry's Pharmacy

Never has an issue with my prescriptions and have always had prompt, friendly service. Switched here after having multiple difficulties with medications being out of stock or delayed through another provider.

This pharmacy is staffed with highly competent people. Jeff is especially helpful, kind , and courteous. As is normal with a busy pharmacy, you may have to wait a short while to get your prescription filled. It is best to plan ahead when ever possible.

One of the worst pharmacy in the area. I have had enough, they never call when they don't have a drug in stock. Now 2 days later I have to call around to find it and call the the doctor to send it to the new pharmacy. They just make more work for everyone. They also will not fill it until you call them to have it filled when they do get a new prescription. Just the worst place all around.

The pharmacists are always helpful and take their time to review prescriptions with you when you check out. They are obviously a busy pharmacy and those that are working there are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful doing the best to meet everyone's needs. With this in mind, any pharmacy I've been too is just as busy, planning ahead and using the online refill service or autofill is super helpful because you just show up to pick them up when it texts you that they are ready.

I’ve been going here for awhile and their staff changes constantly. They never have my prescription ready and they are rude. I had a lady named Brooke cut me off on the phone when I told her the automated system wouldn’t tell me when my prescription was ready and I wanted to know before I made the drive to go get it, in case it wasn’t ready again. They either can’t fill it on time when it says it’s suppose to be ready or they make me wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes until they can give it to me. I even wait days after it’s suppose to be ready to go get it in hopes that it might be ready and it’s STILL not ready. I know they have been understaffed in the past but this place needs to change because people rely on their prescriptions to be ready for them when they need them. Seeing new
