Fry's Food Store Pharmacy

Do not go here unless you are OK with your prescription not being ready for 1-2 days AFTER they said it would be ready. And when it is finally ready, you still have to stand in line for an hour or more waiting to pick it up. Also, you now have to wait in that same line just to drop off a new prescription as they have closed the drop off window. I have personally witnessed the pharmacy techs literally walk in circles with confused looks on their faces. I blame this on management, lack of formal procedures, and inadequate training. I have been coming here for 10 years in the hope that it might improve. Needless to say, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

The women "Barbie" has a bad mood. Even when the pharmacy is slow she is impatient and grouchy. I don't know what her deal is but she is a grouch.

Apparently very understaffed. Never ending lines. Disgruntled employees. Good luck getting ahold of the pharmacy on the phone. Won’t be coming here anymore.

Terrible service. Repeatedly I've called to check on prescriptions and been told it will be ready in 30 minutes. I've waited an hour or more before even leaving home, drive there about 20 minute drive. Wait 20 minutes or more in line. When I finally get to the window they tell me it will be ready in 30 minutes. Not using Fry's pharmacy ever again !!

This store continues to disappoint me. Every single time I go here, there are no shopping carts in the store. I have to go into the parking lot and get one. It is incredibly frustrating to me. If you don't have enough carts, buy them! The snowbirds are here, so why not prepare yourself?!
